Carla

Aradia Fitness Certified Pole Dance Instructor

Carla began her music, theater, and practice of teaching as a young child. She has been on stage throughout Northern Virginia sharing her passion for theater, music, modeling, and independent film. Her pole fitness training began in 2007 and she’s been studying with a wide variety of pole icons. During her first pregnancy she continued to dance, and served as a coach to Tara who competed in the 2009 USPDF East Coast Regional Competition. Carla is excited to join Aradia Fitness Loudoun!

Erin

Aradia Certified pole Dance Instructor

Erin took her first pole class in 2011, when she was bored with her normal fitness routine and needed to get out of the gym and try something new. Pole was a natural fit for Erin, a group exercise instructor and classically trained dancer, and she immediately fell in love.  As a fitness enthusiast, Erin tends to focus on the athletic side of pole, loving the feeling of mastering a difficult trick.  She began performing only six months after her first class, and found that the rush of being on stage is one of her favorite things!
Erin has been teaching a wide variety of group fitness classes since 2003 and is thrilled to add pole to her repertoire. She holds many fitness certifications, including YogaFit and Pre/post-natal Personal Training and loves to combine her loves for fitness, pole, and teaching!

Tara

Aradia Fitness Certified Pole Dance Instructor

Tara (who we lovingly refer to as our “petite powerhouse”!) has performed on stage since the age of seven. She believed that nothing was as thrilling as theatre and musical theatre until 2006, when she began pole dancing! It was in this environment that she discovered yet another way to express herself, this time with exercise combining skill, talent and artistic intent. Tara has been a certified pole dancing instructor in Northern Virginia since 2007. She was a top 12 finalist for the 2009 USPDF East Coast Regional Competition. She continues to train in dance and can be seen every so often in stage productions and independent films. Tara is excited to share her passion for pole dance fitness with the ladies of Aradia!

When she is not sharing her love of all things pole, Tara spends her free time chasing after her adorable little boy.
