With foundations in yoga, pilates, and dance, Aradia™ Fitness takes an empowering approach to fitness offering benefits that serve our mind, body, and soul. Aradia™ Fitness Pole Dancing and
Sensual Movement Classes for Fitness
From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel welcomed. We will start slow, teaching you the basics as you build up strength and confidence. Before you know it, you’ll be challenging yourself to try moves and spins you never thought you’d be able to do! Classes are light-hearted, warm and full of laughter. Each level is 8 weeks long consisting of 8 sessions, one hour per week.
If you have never taken a class before, you must start at Introduction to pole fitness (teaser class). When you register for a 8-week session, you are committing to that full session. In pole fitness, each class is a progression of the next – which means that you are unable to transfer between various Pole Level sessions. Please find session 1 of 8, this will be the first class start date. Enjoy

Pole Dance Levels and Progressions
Levels Pole 1 – Pole 6
Each of these structured sessions gives our students a solid foundation in pole dancing & sensual movement. These classes are lively, sexy, and fun! Beginner classes incorporate the Aradia Fitness floor workout (our sexy take on Yoga) as well as fundamental pole dance transitions, spins, tricks and strength building exercises. Clients must attend at least eight (8) classes of each level before being eligible to advance to the next level. For safety reasons, Aradia Fitness requires all clients to pass an assessment prior to advancing. Ladies are welcome to attend any Pole Level class at their current approved level or any lower level.
Aradia Fitness Loudoun also offers Mixed-Level pole dance class options for clients to attend in addition to their structured pole level class – Beginner Pole(Pole 1 & Pole 2), Intermediate Pole (Pole 3 & Pole 4) and Advanced Pole (Pole 4,5 & 6). Mixed level classes can count towards a student’s 8 class minimum for pole advancement & assessment. The mixed level classes are offered intermittently please check our schedule.
** IMPORTANT ** First-time pole dance students must begin with a “Teaser: Intro to Pole Dance Class”. After completion of your Teaser class, you will then be eligible to attend any Pole 1 class on the schedule. We offer 7 levels of pole dance classes and follow a structured curriculum so clients can safely advance through the levels. During your first class, your instructor will give you an overview of how clients can progress through their pole journey at Aradia Fitness!

What to wear and bring to Aradia Classes
POLE DANCE AND SENSUAL FITNESS CLASSES
Tank top, shorts, and water bottle are perfect for pole classes. Leg warmers and knee pads are an excellent pole bag staples.
AERIAL YOGA AND AERIAL ARTS
Leggings are highly recommended for all aerial arts and aerial yoga classes. Please wear sleeved t-shirt to aerial yoga classes.
Teaser: Intro to Pole Dance Class
The perfect introduction to the Aradia Fitness Workout! This one-time, introductory class will give new students a tantalizing taste of our trademark Pole Dancing & Sensual Movement workout. The “Teaser” class will take clients through our sexy yoga-fusion workout before hitting the poles for their first pole dance choreography. Completion of the “Teaser” class is required before attending any Pole 1 or Beginner Pole class.Dress comfortably in yoga pants and a t-shirt. No shoes needed for this class. Please leave all jewelry at home and do not apply lotion to your hands or legs before class.
Pole 1 (Teaser class required prior to attending)
You have the choice to buy it as a 8 week session which will allow you to take one class a week on your chosen day as per the schedule. As a member you have access to Unlimited classes.
Welcome to Pole 5 – a high flying composition of challenging new thigh & hip holds, impressive spins and intense strength building techniques. This class will challenge you with exciting new feats of athleticism! By this point, you will be comfortable with freestyle dancing and instructors will help you create interesting new ways to seamlessly flow your spins, tricks & transitions together into a stunning performance.
The journey to reach Pole 6 has been full of laughter, bumps & bruises and challenges you never thought you were capable of overcoming! In this level, you will be challenged even more with advanced spins, tricks & transitions. Clients will learn new ways of climbing and inverting on the pole as well as truly acrobatic aerial static holds. You Go Girl!
Int. & Adv Pole and Spin
Prerequisite to attend requires strong climbs and inverts from the ground and successful completion of Pole 3. Included with our Membership and class passes
Believe it or not, stretching actually releases endorphins! It also helps prevents injury, increases range of motion, balance, circulation, and energy, and, of course, makes you more flexible! Whether you are looking to relax your hard worked muscles or want to push your body into deep stretching… this is the class for you! No prerequisites required to attend this class. Dress comfortably in yoga pants and a tshirt; no shoes needed.
Buti Bands And Sculpt
In Buti Sculpt workouts, we focus on building long, lean muscle tone while kicking the body into a heightened metabolic state. HIIT workouts are excellent for burning maximum body fat due to the intervals of max heart rate and max effort. Buti Sculpt workouts consist of 4 rounds of 5 sets. Each high-intensity interval is 40 seconds followed by a 20 second low-intensity interval. Buti Bands workouts follow the same HIIT style as Sculpt but use resistance bands to make the movement patterns even more challenging. Buti Bands follows the same 4 rounds of 5 sets like Sculpt, but with a high-intensity interval of 25 seconds and low-intensity of 10 seconds. While other HIIT style workouts use the low interval to rest, Sculpt and Bands workouts utilize strategic yoga postures to prevent injury and facilitate muscle recovery.

CLEO’S Rock N Pole
BEGINNER SPIN POLE to Low Intermediate.
Cleo’s Rock N Pole is a 60-minute high energy pole class. This class will include a fun upbeat warm-up, strength & conditioning exercises, spin pole tricks & transitions suitable for beginners up through low intermediate levels ending with a cool down all done in grand “Cleo style”.
The Liquid Motion class is an open level class that utilizes elements of fitness, conditioning exercises, sensual movement, and dance theory to provide a total mind and body movement experience. In this 60 minute class, students learn the fundamentals of Liquid Motion to build a foundation for floor work & wall work. This class is made up of body conditioning, traveling movements drills, intricate floor progressions, exploration of sensual movement, and an understanding of total body awareness. This combination is Liquid Motion. Knee pads, legwarmers or knee-high socks are highly recommended.
This class is included with Goddess Membership.
Cleo Rock N Pole Routines
Beg. Int. Level
Cleo’s Rock N Pole is a 60-minute high energy pole class taught in 8-week sessions. This class will include a fun upbeat warm-up, strength & conditioning exercises, spin pole tricks & transitions suitable for all levels with beginner to intermediate options ending with a cool down all done in grand “Cleo style”. You will learn NEW choreography every 8 weeks designed by Cleo the Hurricane. Each routine whether it be pole based or floor based will be taught in small increment for ease of learning and by the end of the 8-weeks you will be Rocking it Out!!!
In this class, your instructor will lead through moves that will help you transition from pole spins and moves to floor flow, slide, glide drag, and thread. Bring your sexy knee pads and heels!! This class is for students level 2 and up. This is a choreography driven class, heels are required. Please order shoes through the studio as these are special shoes (pleaser or Ellie)

Contemporary flow combines the various genres such as jazz, modern, lyrical and ballet, this session will combine various genres and tie in the beauty of the pole movement, the result is a beautiful contemporary flow. Pole dance should not always be about tricks, these series are designed to inspire you to dance and let your body flow and move
Included with Membership. This is a 4-week series.
Beginner Heels Choreography
Beginner Heels choreography class is for ALL LEVELS all fun. It is for everyone to enjoy dancing and to explore their sassy side. No experience needed. It is a heels class, regular 5 to 6-inch heels are great. Bring water and Knee pads.
Aerial Yoga is a blend of yoga and aerial circus arts, utilizing a silk hammock as a prop to aid the students in surrender during the traditional postures that are difficult to achieve due to physical injuries or emotional fear. Practicing Aerial yoga helps with physical healing as it aids natural alignment, decompression of the spine and joints. It increases blood flow to the pituitary glands and reversal of blood in inversion nourishes the skin, eyes, and face. It helps with detoxifying Lymphatic system.
If you are new to Aerial Yoga an Intro to Aerial Yoga is a required class before beginning this practice. In our Intro class we go over various binds and safety guidelines which sets you up for your regular practice
