Aradia Fitness Certified Pole Dance Instructor, Cleo Floor Rockers instructor, and Sexify instructor. Neelam loves yoga and is certified in various principles of yoga including, Aerial Yoga, Buti yoga, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. Apart from her love of pole dancing Neelam is also a classically (Bharatnatayam) trained dancer. She fell in love with pole dancing in 2011 and has since pursued this art. She has competed and placed in APC. She is a mom, a pole dancer and loves to run and play volleyball.
Evangeline has been pole dancing for 5 years and has been teaching pole dancing since the beginning of 2017. After having her baby in March 2016, she competed in USPDF’s Artistic Novice division in April 2017 as a way to push herself to regain back the strength and flexibility she had lost due to pregnancy. She’s excited to continue her pole journey, now feeling stronger than before her pregnancy. She is even more excited to be provided the opportunity to help others with their pole journey as well! She strives to continuously advance her knowledge in pole dancing through workshops, training at a variety of studios, as well as online training. She has taken workshops with many top pole performers such as Olga Koda, Carly Child, Sergia Louise, Carlie Hunter, Charlie Wagner, Mary Kolacinski, Elena Anisxhenko, and Rachele Ribera. She’s also trained at many pole studios down the East and West coast.

Nan discovered pole fitness in 2015 and immediately fell in love with it. She competed in her first pole competition at 2017 APC and placed 3rd (Level 2 Dramatic). She has since taken her training further and studied with Marlo Fisken, Anna Alverez, Marion Crampe, Kenneth Kao, Claudia Renee, Alex Schukin, Felix Cane, Eva Bembo, Samantha Star and various other teachers. She competed at 2018 APC and placed 1st in Level 3 Championship, and at 2019 APC and placed 1st in Level 4/5 Lowflow/Floorwork.
Learning is one of the most important things for Nan, so is sharing. She has taught various academic courses prior to yoga and pole, and she looks forward to sharing her pole knowledge with others.
Karen fell in love with dance fitness in March of 2013 when she took her first pole and floor/ chair class. She was instantly hooked and has attended 8 classes a week since then. In September 2013, while attending the 2nd Annual Pole Expo in Las Vegas, she discovered Jeni Janover’s Liquid Motion. Karen has actively participated in multiple Liquid Motion workshops every year at Pole Expo in addition to studying LM locally at pole studios in Annapolis and
Virginia. Karen became a Liquid Motion 1.0 certified instructor in January of 2016. In February of 2018, she obtain her next level training and is now a certified Liquid Motion 2.0 instructor. She is schedule to obtain her Liquid Motion Heels certification in July of 2019.
Karen is also a certified instructor for Cleo’s Rock N Pole Routines, CRNP Floor Rockers and CRNP Spinning Tricks from beginner-low intermediate through high intermediate to advanced as well as a certified instructor for the ever popular Cleo’s Rockin’ Legs N Abs. fitness program designed by Cleo The Hurricane. Karen teaches Aradia 2/3 level pole classes weekly. You can find her current teaching schedule on the calendar.
Marta discovered pole in 2015 has not stopped since, and loves to compete. She moved to her native Poland for 3 years, where she was able to take her tricks and dance skills to a completely new level and her Warsaw studio literally became a second home. Aside from regular training, Marta has also trained with Jenyne Butterfly, Jakub Kolasa or Pink Puma. Being a pole dancer allowed Marta to stay in shape during pregnancy and return to competitive sport soon after birth of her son.
Marta has competed about 10 times in both pole art and exotic styles, winning in both categories. She strongly believes performing is for everyone who wants to tell a story, regardless of skill level, experience, age or size.
Marta is married and has a one-year old boy. Her other hobbies include jewelry making and cooking.
Marta will be teaching Pole 101 at both studios, Flexibility at Sterling studio and will soon be teaching Exotic Low Flow
Jen started pole dancing in 2012 and poled for 2 years. She immediately fell in love and was soon teaching teaching beginner and intermediate classes for about a year. Life takes over and she took a 5 year break. Jen felt changes in her confidence levels and she remembered how pole dance and fitness had helped her with self confidence. She recalled how supportive and encouraging the pole community was. Jen resumed poling at the beginning of 2018, taking classes at Aradia fitness, quickly fell in love all over again. She started getting stronger and gained her confidence back. Jen is looking forward to sharing her love of pole dancing.
She will be teaching Pole 101 at both locations in January 2020. Join her on the 14th of Dec. for her Intro to pole dance class.
Colleen has been involved in pole sport for 5 years and is very focused on the athletic training that pole provides. She is also very passionate about training contortion and working on flexibility training. Colleen has been involved in the fitness industry for over 6 years and taught a variety of fitness classes including barre, yoga and Pilates
Colleen will be teaching Intermediate/Advance pole skills at our Ashburn studio as well as Flexurlates, a Pilates and Flexibility class
After spending many years in her 20s and early 30s extremely overweight, Tabitha started loving herself with aerials rather than food. She took that love to Aerial Fun and Fitness in Delaware to receive intensive training and certifications in levels 1, 2, and 3. She loves encouraging her students through circuits, conditioning, flows, and stretching in her intermediate level aerial class. Come flip out (of the hammock) with Tabitha.
Lisa started teaching group exercise classes at the age of 16. With a degree in exercise science from Va Tech she has taught everything from step to yoga. Her passion for fitness, music and dance all meshed when she found pole dancing. Founding DivaFit in 2006 she grew the company and watched pole dancing explode in the area for 10 years. In 2017 she sold DivaFit in order to spend time with her teenage kids. Now that they are off to college Lisa is excited to dive back into teaching and is happy to become a part of the Aradia team.

Faerima is an award-winning performer, life-long dancer, and natural entertainer. Her unique style and dazzling stage presence have been wowing audiences for over 15 years. Specializing in american cabaret style and tribal style fusion, Faerima enjoys blending musics, styles, and costumes to create a unique dance experience every time!
Satine has been dancing since childhood and started pole and chair dancing around 2014. She believes in the healing power of dance and loves to see people build their confidence and strength. She is a certified Sexify and Cleo’s Floor Rockers instructor.
Lady Curvicorn started poling in 2015 and fell in love immediately. She has become a seasoned performer and competitor, earning 1st place in both the Atlantic Pole and Titans of Pole Championships. Her pole journey has taught her radical self love and made her a warrior for body positivity. She is a brand ambassador for both Artista Apparel and Curvy Girls Pole; and is certified with ElevatED, CRNP, and Liquid Motion.
