Apart from her love of pole dancing Neelam is also a classically (Bharatnatayam) trained dancer. She fell in love with pole dancing in 2011 and has since pursued this art. She has competed and placed in APC. She is a mom, a pole dancer and loves to run and play volleyball.

Ryan Mcgrath is a certified personal trainer and a nutrition coach. She found pole in 2008 and was instantly hooked and started taking classes every week. Ryan fell in love with the fitness aspect of pole dance but has since fell in love with the sexy side. She has been a pole instructor since 2012
Evangeline has been pole dancing for 5 years and has been teaching pole dancing since the beginning of 2017. After having her baby in March 2016, she competed in USPDF’s Artistic Novice division in April 2017 as a way to push herself to regain back the strength and flexibility she had lost due to pregnancy. She’s excited to continue her pole journey, now feeling stronger than before her pregnancy. She is even more excited to be provided the opportunity to help others with their pole journey as well!
She strives to continuously advance her knowledge in pole dancing through workshops, training at a variety of studios, as well as online training. She has taken workshops with many top pole performers such as Olga Koda, Carly Child, Sergia Louise, Carlie Hunter, Charlie Wagner, Mary Kolacinski, Elena Anisxhenko, and Rachele Ribera. She’s also trained at many pole studios down the East and West coast.

Nan discovered pole fitness in 2015 and immediately fell in love with it. She competed in her first pole competition at 2017 APC and placed 3rd (Level2 dramatic). She has since taken her practice further and studied under Marlo Fisken, Anna Alverez, Kenneth Kao, Claudia Renee and various other teachers.
Learning is one of the most important things for Nan, so is sharing. She has taught undergraduate courses extensively at USC, with multiple teaching awards; she enjoys teaching yoga; and is really looking forward to share the pole knowledge as well.
Liquid Motion and Cleo RLNA instructor
Karen fell in love with dance fitness in March of 2013 when she took her first pole and floor/ chair class. She was instantly hooked. In September 2013, while attending the 2nd Annual Pole Expo in Las Vegas, she discovered Jeni Janover’s Liquid Motion. Karen has actively participated in multiple Liquid Motion workshops every year at Pole Expo in addition to studying LM locally at pole studios in Annapolis and Virginia. Karen became a Liquid Motion 1.0 certified instructor in January of 2016. In February of 2018, she obtain her next level training and is now a certified Liquid Motion 2.0 instructor.
Karen is also a certified instructor for Cleo’s Rock N Pole Routines and Cleo’s Rock N Pole Spinning Tricks from beginner-low intermediate through high intermediate to advanced. She currently teaches Cleo’s Rock N Pole (CRNP) routines & beginner to low intermediate spin class on Saturday mornings. She is also a certified instructor for the ever popular Cleo’s Rock’n Legs and Abds. fitness program designed by Cleo The Hurricane.
Karen is an Aradia instructor and teaches intermediate level classes every week.
Peggy is an accomplished athlete and an amazing mom. She was a nationally ranked Level 10 gymnast by age 12 trained under Tatiana Perskaia (panel member 2016 women’s gymnastic Olympic team selection). She was Gymnastics team captain Chantilly high and lead her team to win the state title first ever for the school. She Competed in collegiate co-ed cheer leading 2000-2004 with nationally ranked George Mason University. She is also a Bikini/Body Building competitor in OCB and NPC federations. Placed in top 5 in several categories June 2018.
Peggy is a NASM certified personal trainer
